Some more Disney questions...

We haven't bought the tickets yet for the parks and figured we'd get it there. Is there usually a crazy line if we go early?
Are the prices the same as online or more?

I remember it rains sporadically there. Should we bring some of those cheap ponchos to carry in the backpack?

Do they do the Halloween thing every night at MK? Do they do it at all the parks or just MK?

I have been trying and trying to get a character meal at MK and it's impossible. Any better chances to do it the day before or that morning or am I crazy?

Bringing a double stroller for my 4 and 2 yr old. Also a backpack leash for my 2 yr old (he's a wanderer). Should we bring the good CityMini one or we got a cheaper BRU one we used a few times for vacations where I just use it at the airport and some walking at a island.

We are renting a car so I feel like 2 carseats, our luggage and the stroller will be crazy going through the airport. Any advise? Of course the luggage will be checked. Should we gate check the carseats too? They're big.

Getting a timeshare about 5 - 10 mins from the park. How is it driving to the park everyday? When is the best time? Figured we'd go early everyday.

What is best to have in my backpack each day for the park? Figured snacks, wipes, diapers (for 2 yr old), sweatshirts, extra outfit for the boys incase, drinks... Am I missing something?

Should we buy the autograph book there or at Disney store by home?

Bring the City Mini.

We had no issues driving to the park - no traffic.

I checked carseats with my luggage.

I put the basics that I would need at the moments notice in my backpack and stored the things I wouldn't need as much at the bottom of my City Mini in a plastic bag (extra diapers, change of clothes, etc). In my bag I had snacks, my wallet, two diapers and wipes.

You can find autograph books anywhere down there - I got mine at Target while we were picking up supplies, a lot cheaper.

We just got back it was amazing but so hot. We never touched jackets or sweatshirts, 90 everyday.

Def. bring cheap ponchos to the parks. We lucked out with rain but had them incase. Mickey's not so Scary party is not every night only special nights.

It is easier to by tickets before you go but you can buy them there. Def pack water and snacks for your boys in a backpack. It saved us alot.
We lucked out with dinner reservations, call when you get down to Disney, people cancel and double book.

Lines were minimal but we got to the park early. I brought my citi mini both times and it worked out great. I would def check the car seats.

We stayed on Disney property so I don't know about driving. Have fun!!

I would without a doubt buy the tickets in advance. They sell them at the Disney store. They are cheaper than at the gate, and you won't be waiting in a ridiculous line to buy them.

You do have to buy tickets for the Halloween party, so if you haven't done so already, I would buy them online asap.

I would make your own autograph book. It's easy. Get a mini coil bound sketchbook from Michael's with a hard cover and thick pages. The sharpies or pen won't leak through, and you can cover it with cute scrapbook paper. They sell Disney themed stuff for like .69 a sheet at Michaels. Or if you don't want to do all that buy them on Etsy if you have time! I just think the WDW ones are overpriced and the pages are like regular paper.

If you are driving to the MK, I would plan to get there at LEAST an hour before they open. That way you aren't having to fold the stroller to take the tram to the transportation and ticket center to get to the MK. You can just park and walk to the Transportation and Ticket center.

In addition to what was said:
We bought 2 strollers (cheapies) from babies r us for $20 each before coupons. It was MUCH cheaper than renting and easier to travel with. Kids slept well in them. They lasted well & we used them every day of the vacation.

We drove To MK and arrived there at about 11AM (after a late breakfast). It was surprisingly easy. We took a tram, but it was no big deal.

We booked a dinner super last minute (2 hours before) at "Be our Guest". It was actually taking a cancellation. We enjoyed that it served alcohol.

We bought all our tickets at the gate. It took less than 5 minutes.

We bought tickets the night before for the Halloween party. It was cute. The food options were terrible. Bring your dinner that day. The lines for the rides though, were super short.
