Has anyone moved out of state but still used same dr as with #1?
Had a successful IVF with #1 but I now live out of state. My embryos are still in NY. Is it possible to use a dr here for the beginning portion of treatment and my original dr in ny for the transfer. If anyone has done this can you give me info on what to expect. TIA

Very different scenario, but I was previously doing surrogacy and the surrogate I found through my agency was located in Connecticut. She was going to do the cycle with my RE in NY and go for monitoring at a local facility, then come to NY for the transfer. Perhaps if your RE in NY is willing to coordinate care, he could set up your protocol and you could just go to monitoring local to you and have all the reports, etc sent over. Then you would come here for the transfer.
I don't know if every dr does things like this, but Dr.B did.

That sort of thing happens all the time. I am currently cycling out of state. I use a local clinic to monitor me for results during the early part of the cycle and then I fly in for the big event. You'd just need to arrange it with both clinics. It should be super easy for an FET. I have done fresh retrievals this way.
