postpartum sore belly

I had my 3rd son about a week and a half ago and the skin around my belly button is still very sensitive - painful to touch. I didn't have a c-section. I experienced the pain while pregnant but I though it was skin stetching.

Anyone experience this?

I had exactly that after having my 2nd baby. It was so sensitive. I mentioned it at my 6 week postpartum checkup and the Dr. wasn't concerned. He said it was likely from all the stretching that went on during pregnancy and now things trying to return to their normal state. I don't remember exactly when, but it was within the next few weeks after that that it went away.
