What did you take for MTHFR??
My RE put me on folguard which is a prescription amount of folic acid. I thought that when you have MTHFR, you can't take reg folic acid- has to be folate? He just said you have to take an extra amount so just curious.

Dr. Wang just put DH and I both on Metanx.........ive taken it for one day so far.

i just had to take extra folic acid. Just otc stuff.
