Supply booster tips
Ugh, my supply has taken quite a hit the past few days. I had a brief cold last Thursday, I missed a feeding while we were out on sat, and now i think i'm getting another cold! I tried to nurse dd every two hours while I was home yesterday, but I know it will take a few days to see results. I have been trying to pump as usual, drink water, and nurse dd as often as i can. I am a teacher, so pumping extra at work is not an option. Is there anything else I can do? I know there are teas and pills, does any of that stuff work? Please help!

Oatmeal, fenugreek, beer, brewers yeast,
I pumped full time for my twins (they unfortunately never nursed), so I relied on the pump. If you have a hands free pump bra and a nursing cover you could pump on your drives to and from work. I did this and pumped during my lunch and prep for 1.5 school years.

I found that waking up in the middle of the night to add a session helped a lot.

You pumped while driving? I never thought to do this.
