Bleeding at 14W

Ok, I'm not exactly sure whats going on but I can use your thoughts. I'm 14 weeks now, had a few spotting episodes (brown & only when I wiped) A few weeks ago I was told I had a subchorionic (sp?) hematoma & it would eventually resolve on its own. Last week I had another U/S and they didn't see the hematoma anymore & baby looked great. So she had no idea why I was spotting.
I woke up this morning to bright red blood, enough that I had to wear a pad. But, I have a doppler & I just heard the baby's hb which sounded like it always does.
I don't get it? Where is the bleeding coming from? I have to wait until 9 to call my ob, so I thought I'd ask you ladies if any of you have ever been through this with a positive outcome? This is # 4 for me, and I'm trying not to over exert myself but it's hard with a 7, 5 & almost 3 year old.

I'm sorry this happened, but it's best to call the DR. No one here can really say what it is I'm sure everything is fine and it was just a fluke!
