If you have 2 kids in school and 1 is sick...
Would you leave the 2nd child home if the only way to get them to school is to bring the sick child with you?
My oldest dd is 3.5 and she's home sick already with pneumonia :( after only 1 week of school! Ugh
My youngest is only 2.5 and she's also in a class the same
Days as DD1. I have no one to sit with my oldest while I drive the little one to school. If I dragged my sick DD out of the house she would also have to come into the school with me to walk DD2 to class. Kwim?
Should I just leave DD2 home? Or risk bringing DD1 out to bring her?

If you have 2 kids in school and 1 is sick...
I would bring DD1. It's only for a few mins. When DS had pneumonia he was actually feeling ok once he was on meds.

I would bring her - I usually leave my "sick" kid in the office while dropping the other one off.

Maybe one of the assistants or another school official can meet you at your car and take your DD in to class, that way you only have to take your sick DD into the car, not into school

At that age I think we we all just stay home. If it was elementary school then I would send one and keep the other home.

When that happened I called one of the other moms in the class to meet me in the parking lot to walk the healthy child into the class.

I agree its nursery school, i dont see the harm in your younger one missing school bc the older one is sick. I wouldnt take the chance leavin a 3.5 year okd unattended!

This is another option! Do you know anyone in the class that could wait for you in the parking lot and bring the 2.5 yr old to class?
