I have an online baby boutique!! It is all nautical-esque but my fall/winter line is not overtly nautical. I'm not sure if they're as girly as you're looking for but here are a couple that might be good for you:

I shop at Janie and Jack. It is not overly frilly, but definitely girlie. Dresses, bows, hats, etc.

Denny's has some really girly frilly newborn stuff. I am all about girly frilly but you can't put too much on a newborn. They need to be at least 6 months IMO to put stuff like a tutu on a baby.
