Disney question
We are booked to go next month. Two character breakfasts set. Should I book dinner or just go with it when we get there? (We do not want character dinner)
Also, should I plan out the week. We already have our days booked on the parks we are going to, but should I map out where in the parks to go? I have a 3 and 1 year old.

No advice, but I do love seeing all these disney posts! I am going to disney in October. DS is going to be 3 months when we go. WE planned the vacation before I go pregnant. My entire family is going so we rented a house for all of us. So excited!

I don't think you really need to book dinner if it isn't a character one. I think those you def need reservations for. I don't think you have to map it necessarily but get an idea of what rides are in that park, which restaurants, etc. Download the Disney app it was very useful to me!
You are going to have so much fun!!!!! I can't wait to go back!!

I think you should book most meals. I have a 1 year old and 3 year old and went in May. Our hotel had free breakfast, each day I tried to book one sit down meal (usually early dinner -5:30 ish). It worked great, we had breakfast at the hotel, started early at the parks and had snacks and light fast lunch then went back to hotel for naps. We would then return for dinner then more park fun. It went really smooth.
Also, I would not plan out all rides, etc. But for each park I would plan out the top rides/shows your family wants to do. Then make those a priority - because time flies when you are having fun!
And use fast passes if it is busy!

yea I guess it depends on the restaurant...if it's a popular one, if it's a sit down, character, etc. Some I just had to wait like 10 mins and others were booked up and need ADR for.

Disney question
If you want to eat at a sit down meal, you need to book it in advance. It is really hard to get those reservations day of, though in Oct. it might not be as bad.
