steam-cleaning/dry cleaning couch
Has anyone ever done this before? If so, what was the outcome and would you recommend a certain company to do the work?
I have an upholstered couch that is in need of some TLC; some spots/stains from DC, wear, etc.

Re: steam-cleaning/dry cleaning couch
After Sandy, I hired Steampro to do my rugs and couches.
They came out amazing.
Only word of advice is to make sure you tell them everything you want before coming out.
Although they did an excellent job and I would use them again, I decided to throw in my couches last minute after only telling them on the phone I wanted the rugs.
The guy they sent was a young kid (probably college age), it was a Friday late afternoon appointment and I think he was annoyed because he had friends to meet at "happy hour", and this ended up adding extra time onto the job.
Random I know, but I did hear him on his cell a few times with his friends.

I used Ken from the carpet cleaning guy. I was happy with the results http://www.thecarpetcleaningguy.net/
