How long until pink eye symptoms develop?

Went to go get my DD out of her crib this morning and there was poop EVERYWHERE!!!!


It leaked out of her very full diaper. It was ALL over her hands and I have no clue if it went in her eyes and mouth! I am washing everything that was in there in hot water. I "lysol-wiped" the whole crib and gave her a bath...

BUT I dont know if the damage was done! We are going away overnight tomorrow (sat) and sleeping over until Sunday!

When will symptoms develop if they do? Want to be prepared and now I cross my fingers that they dont happen on our overnight trip!

So grossed out!

I have never had it and neither has any of my three kids! I hope this isnt the first!

ETA: I read it can take 2-7 days for symptoms to develop (wondering how accurate) and is she contagious during that period?!?!?!

When i had pink eye and another time when ds had it I feel like symptoms came out the next day (eye gooped shut, itchiness, redness)
