Sale Pending?
I noticed a few houses on a website that said "sale pending" Is there a way those sales can fall through. Is that what happens when people say "they accepted another bid"

Sale pending means they either have an accepted offer and are going into contract.... or they are under contract.
Usually if they are under contract they just say "under contract". But you never know.
No sale is ever definite until closing.
