FET Question

How many embryos are "normally" put back in?

I did 3 IUI's (all failed), one failed IVF (two embies implanted).

I have had two pregnancy losses prior to all of this.

I would like to put back MORE than 2 embies. We are okay with multiples.
Will they do 3? I am 33 years old, DH is 45.

My RE is Dr. B if that matters.

Also, how far after ending BCP does transfer usually happen? I have to travel to Vegas for work in September and am worried about a conflict.

I think a lot will depend upon the quality of your embryos. If they are very good quality, the RE will be less likely to *want* to put back 3. We put back 3 once, but they were very poor quality.

Not sure about a FET and the BCPs as I have only done fresh cycles and I have never used BCPs during a cycle.

I have done 2 FET's. I was not on bcp's before either and we transferred 2 each time of very good/good quality. You will usually go in around CD1-2 and start estrace to build your lining once its thick enough you start PIO 5 days before transfer.
