We never got one when we closed lat year.
Can someone recommend how/who to go through to get this done?

We used the following people, they were really nice and reasonable.
Lisa Mc Quilken Land Surveying

Ok, great. Can I ask how much you paid? We were given a quote and it was a bit more than I was expecting...
Then again, I have never had this done so what do it know!
