How much would you pay?
For a Nanny in Nassau County (south shore, if it makes a difference) in the following situation:
40 hours per week. For 30 of those hours she is with a baby who is less than a year old. For the remaining 10 hours she is with the baby plus an 11 year old and a 9 year old after school. 11 year old is approaching an age where she really doesn't need a babysitter (not quite there yet, but getting close) but the rest of the gang does obviously.
