My hair is falling out
I know this is normal post-pregnancy, but I am starting to get bald spots near my temples. Did anyone do anything to help aleviate the hair loss?

Just keep taking prenatal vitamins. I lost a ton of hair all along my hairline and I looked ridiculous when it started to grow back in. I ended up getting a shorter haircut and investing in a lot of head bands.

It totally stinks, and it's inevitable. What I found that helped a lot was this shampoo and conditioner

Vitamin B complex, Vitamin C, and Biotin. Also Iron for me but thats because I am Anemic. I am 2 month PP and my hair is starting to fall out everywhere.. I hate it.

At least yours waited a while, mine fell out while I was still in the hospital. It was clumps; not cute. I've noticed Infusium 23 shampoo and leave in treatment worked as soon as I left. I started using them again a week ago since I've noticed it drying out. Hopefully it works until after delivery.

My hair is falling out
14 months PP now and I still have it coming out like crazy. I'm really hoping it eases up soon, I used to have such nice thick hair.

I have bald spots in the same exact spots. It looks horrible with my hair pulled back into a ponytail. Hopefully it grows back soon.

Tell me about it. I cut my hair short to avoid having such long hair on the floor everywhere and figured I can get away with putting it in headbands or in pony's. But it looks so bad with the bald spots that now I have to wear my hair down and I HATE how it looks short. Ugh!

my dd is 11 months but around 9 months i starting noticing massive hairloss, especially around the hairline. it looks like im a male with a receding hairline. i hate it!! it looks terrible when pulled up. when i go out i try to wear it down all of the time and i just use lots of conditioner but it still feels crappy. i miss my old hair!
