TMI- what do you use
I'm 37 weeks and yesterday and today I've been having some diarrhea and now I have hemorrhoids. What is safe to use on them? I plan on calling my doctor but wanted to see what has helped you guys.

This, or witch hazel pads, which i think are essentional the same thing.

Thanks everyone, the doctor said to use a hydrocortisone cream.

I sit in an Epsom bath usually every night which I think has helped with swelling over my body but can soothe your bum also.

witch hazel pads (or Tucks brand) They gave them to me in the hospital and they really helped. They also sent me home with one of those sitz baths but I never used it.
