This place is utterly ridiculous!

We ordered a custom kitchen dining set on January 20th. They told us it would take 8 - 10 weeks for delivery. Well.... 16 weeks later we get the delivery and the chairs were all wrong. They were supposed to be cushioned. Nevermind the missing cushions the stupid things weren't even level! We spent $3k on a kitchen dining set and the chairs wobble! So we complained about the seats and were told it was an input error on their part and that we should have them in 2 weeks and they will fix the chairs. Uhm... fast forward to 8 weeks and still no cushions and not fixed.

During one of my many calls they said their hands were tied that this was really a problem with the manufacturer. I said "NO, you were the ones to enter the order in incorrectly."

So DH called today to find out what's going on and get this... they tell him the cushions were delivered to us! NO THEY WEREN'T IDIOT! THAT'S WHY WE ARE CALLING FOR THE UMPTEENTH TIME!

So we spent a fortune on a kitchen dining set nearly 7 MONTHS AGO and it's still not fixed. Absolutely ridiculous.
