Looking for something to do...
DS will 3 on August 1st and I took the day off from work so we could spend time together. Husband will be working the night before and the night of. We are also going away that Saturday. I'm looking for something to do with DS during the day. Any ideas? We live in Rocky Point, but we would be open to travel.

DS is 2 and loves White Post Farms, the Queens Zoo, and Long Island Children's Museum.

Looking for something to do...
the aquarium - my son loves the li one and it is not too far from you and then maybe lunch with ice cream - what kids have fun with is just being with you so let him guide the day
or you also have splish splash they have a bunch of small water stuff for the kids
a little further away my son loves adventureland -what is nice is I buy my son a bracelet and I just get a few tickets to take him on the log flume or the train and he loves to ride all the kiddie rides

Adventureland is so much fun, beach, white post.
Why don't you ask him what he'd like to do... Just not too early or you will hear it all summer!

I will ask him although he will probably say something to do with cars, hahaha.
We've been to the aquarium a bunch of times (actually on his 1st bday) but haven't been back so maybe we will.
