Metamucil Safe?
does anyone know if it is safe to take- the powder form?? TY

Yea I use the pill form.. It's the only thing that has been able to help me thru this pregnancy. Without it, I was crazy bloated and very uncomfortable. It's fiber and it's not as bad as laxatives... Those are no good bc it gets rid of nutrients too fast

Yes but benefiber is better and has no taste. I swore by it my whole pregnancy

Just make sure to stay away from the sugar free metamucil. It has aspartame in it.
