I see him in Smithtown. You will meet with him initially to discuss your reasons for acupuncture but from then on, his nurses take care of you each time. His nurses are very sweet and attentive. The office itself is okay; not the prettiest but it will do. I am not taking the herbs he keeps pushing (he occassionally pops into one of my sessions).

Re: Dr. Yali Li for Acupuncture
Thanks ready2go! I just made my first appt for next week in Smithtown. Takes my insurance which is GREAT. I'm totally new to this but have been reading about it and thought I'd give it a try. If you think of anything else let me know How often do you go?

I saw him 2x's a week...or I should say his nurses for about 4 months. I did take the herbs but went off them right before my FET cycle. I'm 30 weeks pregnant tomorrow. I found the process very relaxing and was glad I did it!

Re: Dr. Yali Li for Acupuncture
I'm going twice a week. I've batched and froze my first two cycles, so I don't know if it's working.....but it's definitely relaxing. I fall asleep almost every time! It's about 40 minutes for the whole process. You are left alone for 1/2 hr after the nurse puts the needles in.
