Frozen cycle patches question
This might be silly but obviously you shower with them? Do u cover them??
And you change them every two days? Do u put them in the same spot?
I get so confused when I start something new?

How often you change them will depend on your protocol. you do NOT put new patches in the same spot as an old on being removed. Yes you can shower with them because they're patted down pretty flat on your body and water can't get in. Good luck!
