Spitting up past 12 months old?

My DS has been spitting up since day 1. He's now almost 12 months old and he's still spitting up. It's definitely not as much as when he was younger but it's pretty much every day. He's on the sensitive formula and the spitting up doesn't seem to bother him. He gains weight and doesn't seem in pain. When he was little the Dr said he's just a happy spitter. But I always thought this was supposed to end by now. His daycare told me he spit up a lot this morning. I was planning to start transitioning to whole milk soon but now I'm hesitant. I'm going to ask the Dr at his 12 month check up but I wanted to ask here too. Anyone else have a similar experience? Any advice? Thanks!

Spitting up past 12 months old?

DS is 18 months (15 months adjusted) and still spits up all the time. I have to wash his coat everyday. Gains weight and is happy. Doc just says he is a happy spitter. I really hope it stops soon.
