Reciting movies/tv shows
does anyone else's DC recite/act out scenes from movies or tv shows? DD is 3 and she literally will act out entire scenes from movies! Its like she's playing the movie in her head!
Please dont think that she sits and watches TV all day...she just like to watch the same movie/show over and over and over again over the course of time. Definitely not an all day TV watcher

Yup my daughter who is also 3 does the same thing. She will act them out to her younger sister or to her dolls.
Makes me laugh and she's actually really good too lol

Yup... DS is 3.5 and does the same thing. He also watches videos on my phone I took and reenacts that too.
If its a show he loves he can watch it over again. In a way it's how they learn. A lot of memorizing. He does the same with songs and books so it's not only tv. Don't worry. It's normal.

since xmas all DS has wanted to watch is WOw wow wubbzy. He doesnt watch it all day either, but their minds are like little sponges.
he will tell me things the characters say and do. He's almost 3.5

Yep. That's how they learn. They mimic what they see.
We also switch episodes of Mickey mouse clubhouse when that starts.
