How do you put your dc down for a nap, especially if your dc doesn't use a paci?

she takes a bottle and usually passes out while drinking it then I put her down. Probably not the right way but she usually pretty good with her naps. Only some days she fights it and I will rock her. Also probably not the 'right way' but it doesn't bother me. If shes ridiculously fussy I go for a walk with her.

The swing (on a higher speed, lol), car rides (gets expensive with gas prices), RNP (only bad thing is that it doesn't rock itself, lol) or I just cradle her in a blanket close to me until she settles down.

I only put DS down if he's already sleeping. If he's fussy, I walk around the house and sing to him or give him a bottle because that usually makes him pass out!

DD goes down awake, no paci. I bring her into her room and cuddle her while I sing a song (usually two rounds of twinkle twinkle). I turn on her FP Soothing seahorse and put her down, and walk out. She does suck her thumb, I think. She def used to I just don't stay long enough to know and she's not an addict so I haven't actually seen her do it in a while, lol.

She usually cries for a few seconds, sometimes chats for a minute, and then she's out. If she cries for more than a few minutes I pick her up and try again later. She's usually very easy to put down but sometimes goes through more difficult phases.

Swaddle, white noise, put him down and rub his belly. He usually can fall asleep in a few minutes. If he starts to cry I'll pick him up to soothe him and then put him down and rub his belly again.

I usually put her in her crib with a bottle and she falls asleep.

I put in crib no bottle they fall asleep with there lovey animals. I have twins & they share same room. They sometimes cry for few min but they fall alseep together. We did the cry it out method & now at 16 months...no issues.
