I would believe that. Kim doesn't have a defined belly. In many of the ill-fitting dresses she wears, she just looks heavy. I could se her wanting to add on a rounder bump.

Not Exactly An OBGYN Referral
[Blind Gossip] This famous unmarried couple has asked a famous married couple with whom they are friendly for a very interesting referral.
Given the woman’s medical condition, you would think that they would be asking for a referral to a doctor. You would be wrong. They were actually asking for a referral fora special effects expert! It seems that they want to buy one or more prosthetic devices to make the first female either look pregnant… or to look more pregnant than she is.
So, that leaves us with several possibilities: The first couple was never pregnant but they are looking to fake it; or they are pregnant and are looking to make the bump look bigger; or they were pregnant but aren’t any more and are looking to stall the announcement of a miscarriage. Whichever the case, they are clearly looking to fake or exaggerate a condition to gain public support. Given how the first female’s penchant for attention, no one should be surprised about this.

This is the second blind item:
Both parties in this PR “romance” are such attention-mongers that we were a little surprised to hear that one of them actually wants out.
He knows that it is his own fault, but he is regretting the fact that he ever allowed himself to get into this mess in the first place. He thought it would just be lots of publicity shots and magazine covers and a pretend engagement and that it would boost his profile.
Ha! Instead, he got stuck in a pit of relentless attention-seeking that is deeper and more soul-sucking than he could have ever imagined. And, ironically, instead of helping him, the publicity is actually hurting his reputation!
However, he has a contract to fulfill, and they are not going to let him make a run for it. All he has to do is look at her ex to know that she is not going to let anyone make her look bad without a huge legal fight. That’s what the future holds for him if he can’t get out soon.

Ok maybe this is a dumb question but where do these 'blind items" come from?
A gossip columnist can get info from friends, family, other 'inside' sources (accountants, publicists, anyone in their inside circle). When a writer for this site gets info and doesn't want to deal with any kind of lawsuit, they write them in a way that the reader could potentially guess who it is without the columnist saying it themselves.

Not that I doubted it was Kim and Kanye...but this sealed it for me. Attention-mongers is a very kind definition of them
