Breastfeeding
My DD is almost 5 months old and has always been ebf. When I went back to work I just pump and my DH gives her 3 bottles while Im at work and then I nurse her at night.
I used to be able to pump 18 oz for her. 6 ounces 3 times/ day. My supply is decreasing and Im getting worried. Now Im only pumping 15 ounces 5 oz 3x/day . How can I get my supply back up?!

I noticed a few days before I ovulate and get AF it takes a dip.
What works best for me is adding more pumping sessions.
Here is mine
515am
1015am
215pm
545pm
10pm
If I'm to tired pass out and miss that night session I notice I take a dip. So what I do is the next day I will add a 1 or 2am session.
18oz three times a day is pretty good.
I get almost 20oz for my five sessions

Fenugreek pills take a while to start working.
I take Fenugreek, drink 3 cups of mothers milk tea and take more milk plus.

This exactly. The More Milk Plus pills really helped my supply.

This exactly. The More Milk Plus pills really helped my supply.
where do I get those pills? Ive never heard of them

Whole foods. They have fenugreek but it really increased my supply.
Eta I pump about 60-70 oz per day and I stopped the pills 3 weeks ago

I noticed a dip when I got my af as well..I agree with others...add pump session..make sure you are going til after your second major letdown before stopping a session...mine came at the 20-25 min mark!
Fenugreek - I took 3-4 pills 3-4 times a day in order for it to work!
Eat oatmeal..and drink a TON of water! You'll get those 3 more oz you need eventually...good luck!

Wow!!!! I'm only doing aboout 50oz and thought I was doing a lot. I need to get these pills.

When I was working and pumping, my supply began to decrease when Aunt Flo came back . I pumped 6 x a day instead of 5x, during the week Aunt Flo visited. I was lucky in that that's all it took. I never had to take fenugreek or mother's milk. But I did eat steel cut oats everyday. Not sure if it helped, but I like to think it did. At my highest I pumped 40 oz ( which was 10 more ounces than DS drank in a day, but I just froze the extra). My lowest was about 25oz a day.

I just got AF back and had a major dip in supply during that time. That also happened with DS1. Luckily I have a huge freezer stash. I still pump once per day on the weekend, which helps when I don't pump enough for the next day. With DS1, I had to take More Milk Plus because my supply totally tanked around 9-10 months PP.

You could try pumping after nursing to increase overall supply

You could try pumping after nursing to increase overall supply
This! and if I'm really desperate I wake up in the middle of the night to pump.
