1st tri ladies what are you eating for breakfast?
I know I need to eat in the morning and I'm hungry but I don't want anything! Last pregnancy I loved cereal and ate it all the time. This time I eat if but I have to force it down. I do not want eggs and was the same with DS. Any suggestions??

I haven't had much of an appetite the last 2 days so I've been eating a cereal bar and an orange!

Re: 1st tri ladies what are you eating for breakfast?
Eggs and toast w/ a little butter have been a staple for me this time around. Usu, I live on cereal and eat a ton of it for breakfast, but most days, I just can't do it w/ this pregnancy.

Plain bagel with butter. Or dry cereal. Pretty much the only thing I can stomach early in the morning.

1st tri ladies what are you eating for breakfast?
Eggo's (just out of the toaster, no butter or syrup), instant oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, bagels, dry cereal (I would put it in a sandwich bag and eat it on the way to work).

Whatever seems appealing. Sometimes it's nothing :-/
Today I had an egg mc muffin. Yesterday was a few strawberries and piece of a blueberry muffin.
I've tried to have cereal- but I always eat too much and feel sick afterward from the sugar and milk (I was eating Honey Bunches of Oats) now even the thought of it makes me ill.

Re: 1st tri ladies what are you eating for breakfast?
Usually the night before thinking about what to get for breakfast, I say I'm going to eat something like cereal and a banana....then I wake up the next morning and either don't want anything or pick something totally different because that idea had made me sick
Lately I have had either waffles with butter or matzos with butter and it helps my nausea
