So the man I was planning to use isn't available. He sings songs and gives the kids instruments to play. He's very entertaining and even has his own children's CD that he hands out too.
Can anyone recommend someone like this for a 1st birthday?

Musical Minds (musicalminds.net) does music for kids and they bring drums and other things for them to play. no idea what they charge though but it's worth a shot  ... HTH!

I used Darlene Graham for my dd's 1st bday it was a big hit// She comes with a quitar and shakers n stuff for the kids. Also had a bubble machine and a parachute.. kids had a blast and the parents enjoyed it too..

No, his name is Mr. S. He's really awesome! He's a music teacher and does it on the side. My sister used him for her daughter's 1st birthday. I'm bummed he's not available.
ETA: If you can get me some info though about that guy I'd love to look into it. Thanks!
