Up way to early
My son has been getting up at 330/4 am every morning for the last week. He is wide awake up for the day. We co sleep and he is in our room because we have a one bedroom. I am exhausted I work full time and have tried to get him back to sleep. If it does not stop I am going to have my husband get up with him so I can get some sleep but has anyone gone through this. What did they do? It seems like he will sleep only 8 hours maybe 8 1/2. I am exhausted and don't know what to do.

Up way to early
im kinda going through something similiar. dd is 4.5 months and has been doing that as well. i keep just going in and giving her the pacifier, she will doze off for a little while and then be up again...this goes on until 7 am when i get her up for the day- i also work full time AND husband works nights so i am super exhausted!!! dd goes down around 8pm every night.

how old is he and what time does he go down for the night?
He is 19 months and he usually goes down 7/730. He tells us when he is ready to go to sleep so we can t keep him up later. There has been times he goes to bed later and he still gets up.

yes my son is like that. no matter what time he goes down, he is up at 6:30am on the dot. (he's almost 5).
Have you tried putting him down 15 minutes earlier or 30 minutes earlier?
how are his naps?
when he wakes up, what happens next? do you talk to him? engage him or ignore him?

I have a 2 1/2 year old who does the same thing...We just started using the Sleep Teaching clock...We are on day 2 Yesterday it worked after some crying and today it worked! She got up at 6:30 which works for me!! DOn't know if it's a freak thing that she slept more today, but I'm giving it 2 weeks to see if it works!

I put him down when he asks. Sometimes it's 645 sometimes it's 745 which is what he did last night or somewhere in between. At some point during the night he ges up and comes to bed with me. He is in a toddler bed next to mine. When he gets up at 330 he starts talking asks for his paci and sometimes to nurse which I don't do during the night anymore. Then he asks for his cartoon to watch. So he is starting his day I can't igorrn him he is next to me. If I don't get him his paci or the cartoon he starts to cry.
