Anyone use/used Dr Victor Klein
He is one of the names on the list my RE wants me to use for OB. How does the appointments run? Bedside manner? Are all prenatal tests done in office?
TIA

Re: Anyone use/used Dr Victor Klein
I have gone to him for years as my regular gyn and he delivered my daughter in nov and made a decision that saved her life. He is an incredible doctor a little goofy but he makes you feel very comfortable. Love the other doctors I'm his practice and have complete confidence in them I would def recommend them. They have early appointments like 7 am and late at 7 pm.
Please feel free to fm me with any questions and good luck.

Re: Anyone use/used Dr Victor Klein
My dr just joined this practice and I am nearing the end of my pregnancy with them. I don't usually wait very long and they do some sonograms in the office and some are done at North Shore. They just moved buildings so things seem a little wacky right now, but I think they are getting it together. I saw him once and wasn't impressed, but I JUST found out last weekend that he comes very well recommended. Sorry I couldn't be more help! Good Luck!

This makes me feel better too! When I got pregnant I went back to an old dr I had who just joined this practice a little over a year ago....and I haven't seen all the doctors yet. I am 5 days late with a scheduled induction on Thursday and am starting to get nervous if another dr in the practice delivers my baby...it was good to hear about your experiences!

Who is your dr that just joined them? Just curious since I know they are adding a lot of drs due to the demand of patients.
Also I was Preg with all the transitioning and it was crazy their old office was flooded so they had to relocate.

Dr. Klein is one of the best in the business. He is well respected in his field. I would go to him if he was closer to me. He has a great personality to a non patient so I'm sure his bedside manner is good.

Re: Anyone use/used Dr Victor Klein
My SIL had SEVERAL miscarriages and a stillbirth. After her RE she went to Dr. Klein - I now have a very healthy 4 month old nephew! He took all of my SIL and bros concerns and was very on top of everything!

Re: Anyone use/used Dr Victor Klein
He was my OB and I was VERY unhappy with him (and his group, the only OB I absolutely loved in his group was Alkasab) I would never recimmend him to anyone. Ever! He has a memory of a gold fish (in MY experience) and made some big mistakes in my case, messing up test results and never even apologised for it. He thinks he is ALL THAT , he is an excellent dr but his bedside manner is terrible ! He was supposed to do my CS , I saw only him for 35 w. come time to schedule it and I was informed he couldn't do it , because of some Jewish holiday and had nothing open. Another dr. In the group did my CS , she did a terrible job with how she stitched me up , my stomach is lopsided and have a weird bulging area on one side (not a normal CS pouch, but something different) which still hurts like hell when I touch after almost 5 mo. I'm saving up to have it fixed.

Re: Anyone use/used Dr Victor Klein
I used a different doctor in that practice. When I hit 30 weeks I had a terrible headache and vision changes. I called their office and was told to come in. Dr. Klein was the one that saw me. He took my blood pressure and told me it was high and that he was sending me to the hospital to be monitored. He put me at ease and calmed me down. He was the doctor my doctor consulted with the morning of my c-section to figure out if they had to deliver me, which they did. My DS was born at 30w6d, but it was the best decision for both me and my son. Dr. Klein was the one who saw me in the hospital all that week leading up to my c-section, he took out my staples and then did my post natal check up. I think he's great! He never had me worry. He put me right at ease. He is goofy, but he's a terrific doctor.
