Thermometers?
Can someone recommend one? I swear we have tried every kind and they all seem to be a piece of junk!
Any recs?

Dh just ran out and got a Vicks digital thermometer last night since DD got sick and my old one was acting up.
It can be used orally, anally or by mouth.
It takes their temperature in seconds and I love that it records and shows the previous temperature taken.
He got it at CVS.
I have only had it for a day but so far so good

Thermometers?
I love my Vick's temporal thermometer. It's great for a quick reading. It wasn't too consistent at first, but after some practice it worked great. I do want to find an anal one though in case I need it. I'll try the vick's, thanks janedoe! I do NOT recommend the safety 1st with the 3 interchangeable tips - it takes a looong time.

I have the safety first rectal. It is great and only costs a few bucks.

We have the vicks digital thermometer and works better that my ear and temporal ones we have.

I have this too. Cant go in too far, readings in a few seconds and remembers the last temp taken. I still use it on DS and he is 2y 3m!

Thanks, Ill try the Vicks. The others I have tried have been SO inconsistent and sometimes obviously wrong.
