Stomach virus or just something he ate?
My DS just woke up from his nap and threw up all over his crib. 
This is the first time that he has ever thrown up... he is 24 months. How do I know if it's a virus or just something that he ate? He has been laying around ever since he woke up and will occasionally let out a wimper and say that his belly hurts. What can I do to help him? He won't even drink water.
ETA: He has no fever. Does a stomach virus always come with a fever?

Sounds like a virus, there's a lot of it going around. My kids have never had a fever with a stomach virus, even the worst ones.

dd had the stomach virus for 8 days. the fever came on day 4. I hope he feels better soon

poor baby. make sure he drinks pedelite so he doesnt get dehydrated.

Yeah, it definitely has to be a virus... He can't keep anything down. Ugh! We just got back from Disney on Monday, so that is obviously where he got it from.
