DS has had what I think is a pimple for a few days now. It looks like a circular, reddened pimple on his cheek. I didn't think much of it, but this morning I noticed he has another pimple on his chin. Do/can toddlers get pimples? He's acting his normal self, it's not bothering him at all. I thought maybe it could be from drooling whole he's sleeping. Anyone have experience with something like this?
