Does anyone know if you are already enrolled in the hamp program....
Is it possible to refinance? We're going on our fourth yr of the modification and according to rules the rate will go up 1% this yr and every yr until it caps at 5% so I was just curious if the rates for refinancing were lower than the rate I get through the modification would I able to take advantage of refinancing to lower it Tia!
