Irrational thoughts
Ever since I learned that I was miscarrying I have been having these awful thoughts of something bad happening to my 19 month old. I know it's irrational but I can't seem to shake them. What is wrong with me?

There is nothing wrong with you! After I had my loss I was very protective over my family. (still am). Something this traumatic makes you want to hold on to everyone.

Nothing is wrong with you. When things like this happen; loss/death, it just puts your mind in a negative place. It sucks and I'm so sorry
