Fever and breast feeding

I think I have a fever or one is coming one. Whenever I get one I am delirious and can barely function and would like to take a fever reducer but don't know what. I breast feed dd, so what will not transfer to my milk?

My boobs don't really hurt but the past few days they felt sensitive when she latched on. I couldn't have mastitis could I?

Help me pls what can I take?

My Pediatrician allowed anything without aspirin or caffeine. I stuck with Tylenol. I had a fever due to mastitis. Fever was around 102, my boobs were all lumpy and HOT. I also was not producing my typical amount. I was totally uncomfortable. I would definitely contact your OB and Pediatrician. If you do have it, you will need an antibiotic.

Thanks. I took Motrin. Apparently it is safe along with Tylenol, however aleve isn't safe. Dr gave me Motrin after I have birth.

I think it's just a regular fever. My boobs feel normal but my nips have been a bit more sensitive so I was nervous. I'll keep my eye on them though.

Keep nursing and take Tylenol.

This - and try nursing in different positions to avoid getting a clog.
