Hi. I posted a similar question not long ago.
I still need suggestions sometimes too.

Here is what I give DS right now.

Breakfast:

Eggs and pancakes (little pieces broken up on his tray of course). Cinnamon swirl pepridge farm bread crumbled.

Oatmeal and fruit

Lunch:

Yogurt and fruit

2-4 snacks a day

Dinner:

Vegetables sauted in chicken broth so they are really soft.

I slow cook alot so I make ground turkey and chicken in the crock pot. Comes out so tender.

Re: What is your 15-17 month old eating?

DD is 13 month...

Breakfast
oatmeal and fruit
Vans waffle and fruit
Organic french toast with fruit
12 grain toast with cheese and fruit

Lunch and Dinner
(I usually make a a couple of different main meals for the week - I will try to make one dish meals that have protein and veggies in them as I find it easiest and then I'll steam/bake whatever some different veggies as sides to give her along side a protein or grain when I dont have a "one dish" meal for hersometimes I will use fresh , sometimes frozen )

Pastina with cheese and peas or brocolli or spinach
Lasagna/ziti/stuffed shells
Quinoa with peas
Lentil Soup with barley
Split Pea Soup
Turkey meatballs with veggies (zuchinni, butternut squash, green beans etc.)
Chicken SOup (I make this into a chunky stew like meal, using boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into pieces, sweet potato, carrots, celery and then either pastina or quinoa )
Grilled/baked chicken - wh
Baked Salmon
... And then whatever else we may have had as leftovers.

Re: What is your 15-17 month old eating?

My DD is 16 months and has been picky lately and just not eating that much. I think it's her teeth.

Usually for breakfast she has:

- fruit (she loves all fruit- favorite- bananas, kiwis, apples, applesauce, blueberries, strawberries, cantaloupe)

then either
-scrambled eggs, sometimes with cheese
-yogurt
-waffle
-toast
-cheerios
-bagel with cream cheese or butter

lunch
-leftover dinner
-pasta with sauce or butter
-grilled cheese
-sunbutter and jelly sandwich
-turkey and cheese sandwich- though lately she does not want the bread
-Dr Pragers Fish sticks are a big hit
-Dr Pragers Spinach or broccoli pancakes. another big hit
-yogurt
-plus applesauce or other fruit
or mixed veggies...carrots, peas, corns, green beans is a big hit

dinner
her favorites are:

-homemade chicken noodle soup
-pasta and meatballs
-chicken in the crockpot
-anything ground beef or ground chicken (stuffed peppers, tacos, etc)
-all veggies, especially broccoli

Anything he can stuff in his face! He loooves to eat!

For breakfast:
omelettes
oatmeal and berries
pancakes (we put bananas in them)
waffles

*he has cheerios as an appetizer while I get his breakfast ready. He also has fruit with every breakfast (any type of berry, banana, kiwi or mango...and if I'm desperate applesauce)

For lunch: This one is the worst! I just want him to be able to eat PB&J! Would make things so easy!

He has a fruit and a veggie (carrots, avocado, sweet potato, squash) and then I "try" to do a protein:

Grilled chicken tenders
chicken nuggets
fish sticks
meatballs &Pasta
vegetarian "meatballs"
turkey and cheese
grilled cheese
chicken soup
chili with brown rice
