ovidrel shot yesterday and i have a ?
good morning ladies!
The nurse said I may feel a little boating but honestly I don't feel a thing. Does mean it might not be working? Should I really be feeling bloated? Should I be noticing more ewcm? Our BD schedule was last night & tonight again. Would you agree? Is twice in one day unnecessary?
During my sono the re said I had one follicle ready on each side. (From the letrozole)

ovidrel shot yesterday and i have a ?
I used ovidrel twice (during clomid cycles) and never had any direct effects from the shot. I felt like a hot, emotional mess in general from the drugs, but didnt feel any different from the ovidrel.
I think twice in one day is unnecessary (or actually, non-beneficial). It takes time for your DH's sperm to regenerate. Bd'ing 2 nights should be fine. I did back to back IUIs both times which is pretty much the same thing.

Yes. First time was my DS who is now 18 months. The 2nd time was this past sept (which ended in miscariage in Dec).
I also was a little 'mad' that they didn't do a sono check to make sure i ovulated, but they assured me that the shot definitely would work. I didn't feel anything out of the ordinary either time... but low and behold, it works!
Just try to relax and get through the 2WW.

I've done the shot twice, and both times I did not feel any kind of side effects or ewcm. The first time I know I ovulated and the second time I am not sure. Both times follicles on right side (only left tube) and BFN. I agree, they should monitor more closely to make sure ovulation occured. I called the RE and the nurse said she has never heard of anyone not Oing from ovidrel, but I'm not convinced. I agree twice in one day is not necessary, need to give the boys time to replenish

I did not have any side effects from the ovidrel shot. I did mine on a Friday night then did b2b IUIs on Sat mrng and Sun mrng. It was confirmed via u/s that I ovulated on Sun mrng. So we also BD Sun night b/c we wanted the mystery of never knowing if we got pregnant from the IUI or from BD

I had no side effects from the shot, and I know that I ovulated because of sonograms.
