VENT-Maternity leave ending soon and major changes

So i just got a call from my new boss while i'm still out on maternity leave to let me know of the changes that are taking place.

I used to work mostly from home and would go into the office 1-2 times a week as needed and traveled for maybe 2-3 days a month.

I know I was very fortunate to have my job, hours and flexibility.

BUT, now I'm being told what days I have to come in its a mandatory 2 full days, possibly 3 and the travel will be 2-3 overnight trips per month instead of the usual one.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry at this point. I have 2 more weeks left of maternity leave and I was not prepared for these changes!

Sorry just needed to VENT!!
