Recommend your umbrella stroller

I have a city select for my two guys which I love but it is big and bulky and when the little guy is sleeping sometimes I need him in the stroller places that it won't fit like out to eat or something. I also bring him with me to a program for my two yr old and since he started crawling and eating everything it's becoming a nightmare taking him. I need to bring a small stroller for him for now on.

I would like these features...
Recline
Basket
Tell enough where I don't have to hunch over. I'm only 5'3" but I feel like a lot of them are so low you have to bend over to push it.

We bought the Uppa baby Glite. Love it. It's great, lightweight, stands up has a shoulder strp, easy to fold. This one does not recline but the Gluxe does.

chicco liteway- very light, full recline- basket is not super deep but it fits my reg diaper bag for the most part (except when on full recline) and its about $125

I love our Maclaren Quest but, the basket isn't too accessible.

I love my Combi Cosmo Ex because it folds small and is really lightweight. The basket could be bigger, but we hang the diaper bag from the handle.
