Cool mist or warm mist humidifier?
We use a cool mist because that's what the ped told us to do! Lol

Warm mist. My ped had said either is fine, they both work and that's what we ended up registering for.

we have a warm mist.
we only really need it in the winter, so the warm mist not only moistens the air but warms up the room.

We only use a cool mist. Our ped advised the warm mist humidifiers harbor too many germs.

Cool mist! Warm mist humidifiers can breed germs much more easily.

Cool.
Warm is a breeding ground for bacteria.
The only reason I would use warm is to put the vapor drops in but now with the Vicks plug-ins I don't need to do that. The plug-ins plus the cool mist works just fine.

Plus Cool just make sense to me. It FEELS better than a warm mist.

Same here, we use the cool all the time and the vicks plug in when needed.
