Preschool Lunches
Need ideas as DD is starting next week. It must be cold they cannot heat up food.
Or recommend something that keeps foods warm!

Re: Preschool Lunches
Im a Pre-K teacher and my students bring a whole bunch of different things. We can't heat up food as well so many of them just bring the food in thermos. I have seen pastas of all different types (spaghetti, tortillini, ravioli, etc.) chicken nuggets, soup, macaroni and cheese, chicken cutlet sandwiches, regular cold cut sandwiches, peanut butter and jelly or for those with allergies soy butter. I have seen yogurt, hummus and vegetables, lunchables (or some parents just send their child in with the cold cuts in a bag if they do not like sandwiches). Last year I had a child bring leftover pizza from a pizza place. I have seen a lot of leftovers as my students lunch and they love it. It doesn't seem to bother them if its not really hot. Bagels, egg sandwiches, french toast sticks, cheese and crackers, etc. Hope this helps!
