Pooped 4 times today (4 month old help)
Is this a sign of teething or could this be a sign of allergy towards cereal/ applesauce? She is all red everywhere. My heart is breaking

It could be from excess drool from teething. It could be her body adjusting to the cereal and applesauce. I wouldn't say allergy though. When you say "all red everywhere" do you mean ALL OVER or her just tush??

I agree. Try using a wet baby washcloth instead of the wipes if she is going that much. They might be irritating her.

when my DS was about 3 months all of a sudden he'd poop up to 6-7 times a day. This was not normal for him because usually he would poop once, maybe twice a day. I called the ped asking if it might be diarrhea and they told me no, it is normal for babies to go through this at his age.. his butt became red from wiping him so much. It ended up going away a week later.
