AF Question
I got my first period at 12 weeks postpartum and here it is 8 weeks later, and I haven't gotten another since. I have been formula-feeding only since 4 weeks postpartum, so no breastfeeding whatsoever since. Is this normal?

AF Question
May be a silly question but have you taken an HPT? I have heard your cycles can be wacky pp but give your doctor a call if you're concerned.

I did a couple weeks ago but haven't since lol. Yeah this seems like a really long time so I may call this week.

AF Question
Take a test before calling! I think we had our babies around the same time. I got AF 12 weeks pp and then again 30 days later. Did you have regular cycles before getting pregnant?

Yes, I'm pretty sure our babies are around the same age bc I think we were discussing imminent labor symptoms in August!!! I never had like 28-day cycles on the dot and if it delayed by a day or two it was the end of the world... BUT I pretty much followed a 31-34 day cycle. Never went this long. I will buy tests today. Oh geeze could you imagine? I don't feel preggers though. I was vomiting at 5 weeks pregnant last time and was crampy pretty much right away.

AF Question
Oh that's right I remember!! My DS was born 8/28. I am the opposite. I had irregular long cycles and so far I actually seem regulated! I don't think its anything to worry about though it can take a while to regulate. Good luck with testing!! Eek let me know how it goes!

Ok well at least that is ruled out!! Give your OB a call but I am sure its just a long cycle. I blame everything on PP hormones!!

Re: AF Question
I wouldn't be too concerned but it doesn't hurt to ask your doc. My cousin was normal with hers b4 her DS but since getting AF back she only gets it every 2 months or so. I guess it just takes some people a little longer to get regulated.
