I have the summer infant & I hate it.
Not really a recommendation but in case you wanted my opinion on what not to buy, that would be it

We have the Motorola as well. We got the two camera version at bru. We have one in the playroom and one in their bedroom. I like that I can switch back and forth on the cameras and talk to them through the monitor. Our playroom is in the basement and the bathroom is on the second floor so I take the monitor with me and when my oldest is too handsy with his brother or climbing something I can tell him to knock it off lol

I also have the Motorola (but the 2.5 in screen). Have had it for 1.5 years with no issues. Used to have the summer infant and they did not last more then a year, always had interference, etc. So glad I switched over for DD!
