Music together
Anyone do music together? Did your LO enjoy it? How old were they when you attended?

We did Music Together for 4 sessions and started when my DS was 9mo. He absolutely loved it!!! By the end of the 4th session, I knew he was over it though, so we didn't enroll again. We went to the Manhasset class with Maria - she is fantastic!

We started over the summer when DS was about 14 months. We just signed up for our third session that starts tomorrow. DS absolutely loves it. We go in Commack with Monica and she will let you do a free trial so you can see if your DC likes it.

We did it when DS #1 was 2 and DS #2 was 6 months. They loved it.

DD and I did a session when she was 17 months old and we both loved it so much that we're starting our second session on Wednesday! Each session is 10 weeks.

I was just about to post a question about this! My DS is 17 months and he loves music. For those of you who attended is the class geared for younger non-mobile babies?

My DS is starting his 2nd session this week. He is turning 19 months. He doesn't engage as much as the other kids but I'm hoping that he'll start to come around more. So, we'll try it another time. I like that he can have the chance to see other kids.
To the above poster, the class is geared towards both mobile and non-mobile children. The instructor will give specific instructions for the little babies who aren't on the move.

What exactly do they do there? My LO is only 10 months. Still non mobile. Is it similar to play hooray?? We've already joined Gymboree. I'm assuming its not similar
