When did you start to take your Lovenox or Heprin? prior to conception, after conception? after you found out you were prego?

Did you miscarry ever? If so, did they tell you why? were you on or off meds?

Protocol? Day 3 bloodwork/sono, lovenox, monitored cycles (by OB or RE) IUI?IVF? Natural?
