Zappos has a bunch.
I hardly ever have success though b/c if the calf fits then the ankle part is so saggy

I have a sort of similar issue. My leg from my knee to my ankle is very short so the wide part is higher than I need it to be so I can never zip up boots. I've given up on riding boots or anything longer than a bootie. It stinks!

I have small feet and narrow ankle, and I just got these boots and they are lovely. Fit perfect me perfect I'm 6.
