Part-time nanny

I'm looking for a nanny three full days a week and thought maybe someone here could have a recommendation. Maybe one of you have a part-time nanny looking for more days? I had a great nanny who left us at the end of the summer (she had her 2nd child) and I haven't been able to find anyone good since. The hard part is finding someone that's a professional that is willing to work part-time. I seem to only come across young girls who just want to make a few bucks and really couldn't care less about what they're doing. Anyway, any recommendations would be appreciated! Chat Icon Oh and I'm in Queens in case you're wondering.

Would you be open to someone who brings their baby? My friend actually JUST posted on facebook that she is looking for work part or full time as a nanny, but she has a 3 month old son. She has many years of nanny experience with multiple children. Let me know if you want me to reach out to her.

Honestly, I wouldn't be comfortable with that but thank you for the recommendation.

What a coincidence! My thing is I'm looking for someone long term and as her son gets older and if I have another child that will just get really difficult.
